Welcome to Fracture Point (the "Game"), developed by Roland Sárosy ("we," "us," or "our", “I”, “me“). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and why.
Our core privacy principle is simple: We do not collect, store, or share any of your Personal Information. Your experience within our Game is designed to be anonymous.
We respect your right to privacy. The Game has been developed from the ground up with privacy in mind. We have no interest in who you are personally. Our only goal is to provide a stable, bug-free, and enjoyable gaming experience.
To be crystal clear, we DO NOT collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII). This includes, but is not limited to:
Your name, email address, or physical address.
Your phone number or other contact information.
Your Epic Games account name, user ID, or friend list.
Your IP address or precise geographic location.
Your age, gender, or date of birth.
Any device identifiers (like UDID, IMEI, or MAC address).
Any data related to your contacts, photos, or other personal files on your device.
The only data we collect is anonymous, non-personal, and aggregated technical information for the sole purpose of debugging and improving the Game. This data helps us identify and resolve crashes, errors, and performance issues.
This technical data includes:
Crash Reports: Information about when and why the Game crashed.
Device Information: General, non-identifiable information such as the type of device (e.g., "PC," "PlayStation 5"), operating system and version (e.g., "Windows 11"), and available memory (RAM).
Game Performance Data: Anonymous data such as frame rates or load times to identify performance bottlenecks.
This information is processed in a way that cannot be traced back to an individual user. It is purely for technical diagnosis.
To collect the anonymous technical data described above, we use a third-party service called Sentry (sentry.io). Sentry is a widely-trusted error and performance monitoring platform that helps developers diagnose and fix application issues.
Our Purpose: We send anonymous crash and error reports to Sentry so our development team can understand what went wrong and release patches to improve the Game's stability.
Sentry's Role: Sentry acts as a data processor on our behalf. We have configured our Sentry integration to ensure that no PII is ever captured or sent from our Game.
Sentry's Privacy: For more information on how Sentry handles data, you can review their privacy policy at https://sentry.io/privacy/.
While we do not collect any personal information, we still take the security of the anonymous technical data we handle seriously. We use trusted third-party services like Sentry that have robust security measures in place to protect the data they process.
Since we do not collect any Personal Information from any of our players, we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. The Game is intended for a general audience, and our data practices are the same for all users: anonymous.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. If we make any changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
